According to the Implementation Opinions on Popularizing Terrestrial Digital Television Receivers (2013) No. 14 document of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it is stipulated that from January 1, 2014, televisions sold in the domestic market of 40 inches and above should have terrestrial digital television reception function. 2. Starting from January 1, 2015, all sizes of televisions sold in the domestic market should have terrestrial digital television reception function, and the products sold should comply with the national standards for terrestrial digital television receivers and have a unified terrestrial digital television receiver logo. On the basis of obtaining mandatory certification, products can only use the logo if they have been tested by nationally recognized testing institutions and meet the national standards for terrestrial digital television receivers.
